How did you do last week? Did you do those moves at least one time through daily? Or at least half the days? Or a third? I'll have you know the only two days I didn't do'em, I was hiking through a gorge in a vigorous fashion -- I think it made up for it, ehe. Well, I haven't been very faithful with my exercise recently. It's just been way too busy. But at least, doing these few things daily, I still do feel rather moved. :D I also have plenty to blog about in general. There's just not time. What's new.

I think if you only do 3, or even 2, of these daily, that's perfect.--And then, if you did the other ones last week and you do those, plus these, do you know how perfect that would be? So perfect, you might die of improvements.
