This could very well be the cure:
-Extreme exercise at least every other day
-Steering clear of anything at all resembling "work" from a few hours before the expected bedtime and on
-Having absolutely nothing on the mind
The first is extremely tedious and torturous, the last is usually entirely impossible with my make-up, so I'd say that the chances of that aligning are pretty slim.
Although I'm writing this at 1:51 AM, I just want you to know, though, that when they do align, watch out! Sleep Deprivation, beware!!
--And having a good talk about life in general always helps to clear out some of the "nothing on the mind". Sigh...
