It's all about the languages

To all my friends who are currently exploring job options, just wanna put this out there...

If you speak (or spoke) another language(s), you might want to consider dusting it off or reviewing it, then highlighting that skill, when looking for a job. I've heard of people whose job options have been greatly expanded, when hirers found out they spoke another language (Chinese, in these cases, since that's what I'm surrounded by). Even if they aren't fluent, the fact that they can greet people and make them feel at ease, those who don't speak much English, due to hearing their own language, was a great selling point. Apparently.
