I like to move it! -- Part 6

Well, you know how I feel about these "motivational" titles, but at least the moves might be useful:

That last once is extremely vital (thanks, Lance! ahaha).

As for me, since moving to our new apartment, that's a 5-minute-long traffic light away from my favorite Danshui running (bike) path (woohooooo!!!) and has a 25-meter pool (which is cold, but I still braved it), I should be fit and happy and healthy forever-and-ever-amen. Well, schedule's a little tight... I have to get back from the office and rush out to exercise, otherwise, it gets too late and will interfere with my sleep. Which, truth be told, doesn't technically end up making much of a difference anyway, in the long run, but I have to at least do my best not to aggravate the situation, aherm, which means not exercising too late. Sooo... rush home by 6:00, jump into exercise gear and either run or swim. Yay! It should work! We shall see. But now that I have these two options easily at my fingertips, I suspect that will become my routine for a good while, until/at least until I get too bored. I might still throw in some other moves, for good measure, on the weekend, and will definitely get in a longer run and/or swim on the weekends, when I have more time to do that, but if I can do either running or swimming daily, I will become so healthy and move-ing that I might just disappear from this un-moving earth!! Now you see me, now you don't... Aha... hrm... too much exercise... too little sleep... ... ...
