I like to move it! -- Part 4

Well, I hope you've been doing some of those other exercises and that all my efforts aren't just being thrown into the vast morass of grass and mass and spass and dass and lass... Er... Poetic, some? I, for one, am still stuck on the first set of these I posted -- they work, they stretch, they do wonders, at least as far as un-gravity-i-zing myself goes. It's quite exhilarating, really. Okay, moving on...
