Run: Day 6
Besides soccer in the evening... In the morning... 1-kilometer dash. Semi-downhill slope. Under 3 minutes. Not sure if that's good time. Plan to build up to a really fast 1-kilometer and an overall endurance/long distance/time run. That way, in a 5-k relay, I can run okay for 4 then speed up for 1. Good plan, eh? :) I suspect my pedometer, which supposedly also shows time and distance, is not very accurate. Not much to be expected of such a low-tech item. No seconds, either. Or actual distance-figuring: it's based on steps count, which is also inaccurate, aherm. Oh well, we do what we can with what we have... Amen? Amen!
