Run: Day 4

-First thing in the morning
-Intervals (walk/run, yes/no/yes/no, etc.) partway up (and back) the mountain behind our house
-Correct uphill form (ugh!--and, yet, vaguely intriguing)
-Stretch (and conversation)
-Small, energizing snack (as we speak)

Yay!
