Run: Day 17
Well, I think 2.5 hours of lugging around Home storage, organizing a basement that produces a couple gallons of water weekly in the de-humidifier, carrying heavy things up and down stairs and around the house, etc., all qualifies as some good strength training. Plus, a 100-yard dash at my best speed, for good measure. Yay!
