De-stress

I have to admit that when I read this title, I did think of 1 or 2 -- maybe even 3, aherm -- people who... well... you know who you are... and you know why I thought of you... and you know why you should NOT be smirking. Anyway, for what it's worth, since I like all sorts point form and informational (full article at the link, only titles/entries included):

Two Minutes to Happiness

-Flip Through Old Photos [aaawww... but who has time? :D ]
-Munch on Nuts [almonds! -- not really available, sniff -- pick me!]
-Inhale a Calming Scent [lavender! --and the lady in the picture likes it too, haha]
-Open Your Shades [I like brightness -- but I don't know, yet, if I like Paris in the springtime]
-Walk around the Block [check out the girl's hair in that picture :O ]
-Clear Away Clutter [one of my favorite things to do! :D ]
-Think Fast [... uh... ...]
-Cue Up YouTube [if I were shameless, I would plug this blog, but I am not shameless, I'm not obsessed with my own blog and there are plenty of other things to much-more-wisely spend your time on -- why do I, by default, usually write "glob" instead of "blog", or call Spike "Skype"? ahaha; ugh]
-Rethink Your Retail Therapy [retail? therapy? unknowns; haha]
-Zone Out [I think a lot of us need a lot of this right now]
-Chat Up a Friendly Neighbor [pick Hik! pick Angel! pick Mari! :) ]
-Chop veggies [always a handy thing to do, in a communal setting, I'm sure :D ]
-Do a Good Deed [well, then, you should all be the happiest people in the world! :) ]
