Customer: Will they need to reprint the box or have they lamented [Correction from Ange: laminated] everything yet?
Office worker 1: The scratch like marks were from someone here who was curious to see if a leprechaun would appear if he rubbed the box 3 times in the same place ... or if it would fix the problem with the blistering.
Customer: For the information of the concerned, leprechauns only exist in Ireland and contrary to popular opinion, they are not imported from China! ;-)
Office worker 2: True, although we could probably come up with suitable knock-offs, if required. :D
Office worker 1: Correct, however it would be pronounced "Li pai chaun", and wouldn't come with a warranty. :-P
