Desperation

As an individual, you should be personally motivated and desperate, through your relationship with Jesus and understanding of spiritual principles, to do your best to be obedient to the Word, to remain on the path of God's will for your life, and to be an example of His love to others.

As we move forward with the change program and the Offensive, the onus will be primarily on the individual to stay spiritually strong, to generate spiritual momentum, to "be like Jesus," for the purpose of winning the world—which is the primary objective of the change program.

I'm surprised "change program" hasn't been capitalized, yet. :D
