I have to say that Japanese is far better than Chinese food. Even though I thoroughly enjoy trying new things and am very interested in the culture and country, here, I was introduced to "real sushi" (it's not actually "real", but closer) and loved it. I just love how pretty they make their food and specific flavors, like salmon, wasabi, rice with vinegar, etc.--And then I had the eggs that pop in your mouth! I had just been saying that although caviar is expensive, I've always wanted to try it (closest I've gotten is that "caviar" paste we'd get from Sweden)... Lo and behold, they did have large fish eggs on one of the choice choices! Woohoo! Hallelujah for yummy-ness!! :)
