A little exercise recommendation

I know it might sound slightly... I don't know what... when you picture me, you don't picture ballet, to be sure! But I've recently started doing the standing part of the "New York City Ballet Workout". (I can't do the floor work, as I don't have a mat, yet.) I'm not the most graceful of human beings, but when I was a kid I did always want to learn ballet, so although this isn't entirely workout-ish and neither is it entirely ballet-ish, it goes through several repetitions of several steps and is rather exercise-ish, which works! :) If you need ideas of something new to try... I'm the laaaziest person around and always look for the lowest intensity, while still expecting to feel exercised -- such high demands. :D Well, it'll do, for now, especially considering my options are still a little limited, exercise-wise -- this only requires a little space, which works just fine in our conference room. :) --And I'm sure I'll be able to show you some good ballet posture at a later date. Haha. Hrm...
